I am not feeling very well today. I have a splitting headache so I am going to make this post relatively short. Yesterday went great. My calorie intake was a little below my goal range. I actually followed through and ran twice as I was planning to do. Watching closely my calorie intake and kicking up my running game is starting show on the scale.
